In motorsports, as a driver, you must maintain your focus on your vehicle, your surroundings, other competitors, any environmental issues that might arise and most importantly, your body. To do this, a driver must adapt to and possess high, sometimes extreme levels of tolerance to heat, g-forces and pressure from other competitors. Our motorsport fitness programs are designed to give the driver the competitive edge by training 5 key components that are directly related to motorsports.

Fit For Speed's trainers can design programs for any and all types of motorsports, from auto racing and motorcycle sports to drifting, freestyle motocross, Enduro and tractor (power) pulling. Whatever your style, from grassroots to pro to the weekend warrior, we have a program that is meant for you.

Our studio is jammed packed with a wide arrangement of training tools. Kettlebells, free weights, Bosu and Indo Boards, TRX, huge tractor tires and sledge hammers, jump ropes, fixed strength training equipment and whatever else we may need to recreate the stress of motorsports and push your body to its limits, just as if you were on the track. We also design our own workout equipment specific to motorsport fitness training. Our group and one on one programs include boxing, swimming, triathlon training, yoga, trail runs, hiking, rock climbing and more.
Studies show that race drivers of any level often operate at up to and beyond 80% of their maximum heart rate for the entire length of the race. The better condition you are in, the more mentally alert and able to effectively deal with the stress and concentration needed to perform. More often then not, a driver with less talent and a less talented car will win due to his fitness level. If you want to win, then you owe it to yourself to be as physically fit as possible.
