Individual Sessions
    We start with an interview to establish what it is you want to achieve, such as weight loss/gain goals, body composition changes or identifying areas of improvement in your fitness for a better sport specific performance.
    We then do an interactive fitness assessment to analyze and track physical health & fitness measurements like body weight, body fat, blood pressure, flexibility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular fitness. You get a 5 page printout using bars, graphs and personalized recommendations based on your results.
    Next, we put you through a personalized exercise session to help identify your strengths and weaknesses while challenging and evaluating your fitness level to allow us to set realistic goals that will bring long term results.

Your package includes

  • 1 on 1 personalized exercise instruction, including cueing, touch and corrective techniques to keep you safe, keep you motivated and keep the calories burning while gaining strength and flexibility in a proprioceptive environment.
  • Nutritional coaching and daily nutrient recommendations based on your individual weight loss/gain goals and sport specific needs.
  • Online tools and programs to get you connected with like minded people that can help keep you focused on reaching your goals. You’ll also have unlimited access to educational articles and advice on nutrition, health and wellness.
  • You get the flexibility of working out as little or as often as you want. Your session package expires in 1 year from date of purchase if not used in its entirety.
  • You get the option of buying sessions in bulk for discounted rates

Full/Part Time Monthly Service

    Next, we put you through a personalized exercise session to help identify your strengths and weaknesses while challenging and evaluating your fitness level to allow us to set realistic goals that will bring long term results.
    Throughout the month you get 1 on 1 personalized exercise instruction, including cueing, touch and corrective techniques to keep you safe, keep you motivated and keep the calories burning while gaining strength and flexibility in a proprioceptive environment, a minimum of 1 hour per day, 3-5 times per week for full time and 1-2 times per week for part time.

  ~You will have access to online tools, resources and programs to get you connected with like minded people that can help keep you focused on reaching your goals. You’ll also have unlimited access to educational articles and advice on nutrition, health and wellness.
  ~You get free access to all scheduled group fitness classes, during the month, for additional team motivation and fun!
  ~Every 2 months you get a follow up fitness assessment to track your progress through interactive programming using charts and graphs to show you on paper where you are succeeding or in need of improvement.
  ~Last, but not least, you get me, continuously motivating and holding you accountable for the results we set out to achieve.

  Our monthly services are the absolute best way to begin a health and fitness program. For the entire month it is all about you! You come out of the month with the knowledge, tools, motivation and actual results to keep you on the path to a healthier lifestyle for the rest of your life!


  * The full/part time service programs are 1 calendar month beginning on the first day of the month and ending on the last day.  All monthly agreements are on a month to month basis and can be canceled at any time by either party.  Service fees are due upon signing and due the first day of the month there after. Cancellation of agreement forfeits all fees paid.  If the client cancels the agreement he/she loose all fees prepaid in advance for the month. If the trainer cancels the agreement all fees are fully refunded within 2 weeks if another trainer cannot be reassigned to the client. New agreements can begin on the 1st or the 15th of any month.
