The most affordable way to enjoy the benefits of having a personal trainer! Get together with your friends or let us team you up with a group. SGPT sessions are typically 4, 6 or 8 weeks at 1 to 3 sessions per week. Your group sets the session times and days. You get results-driven progressive programming with specific goals in mind such as weight loss challenges, strength and agility building boot camps or training for competitive events like half and full marathons.

 Class sizes are limited to a minimum of 3 participants with a max of 6.
